Gain Weight: Week 1 Day 2

Well well well, I have +200g of fat on me! In one day!

What I have definitely learned is that, if you want to gain weight, REGULARITY and FREQUENCY are the two key aspects. Whether you want to gain fat or muscle, you have to EAT on schedule, and never miss meals.

I have to confess I feel a bit weird gaining weight, allowing myself to break my usual rules, and when I understand that the growing fat on belly is actually a sign of success, I feel so weirdly happy.
